Can it pay staff in different countries, currencies and time zones?
Yes. Pay runs are grouped by country and currency, so each team is calculated and totalled in its own currency, and every scheduled message and attendance record is handled in the employee's own time zone.
Does it handle Indian statutory compliance?
PF and TDS are calculated automatically per employee, with support for the old and new tax regimes, PF exemptions for interns, and salaries in currencies other than the rupee.
How do the WhatsApp messages work?
PH Payroll uses the official WhatsApp Business API with approved templates. Messages go out on schedule in each employee's own time zone, with duplicate protection that survives restarts, so nobody receives the same notice twice.
What exactly is Notex AI?
A lightweight browser extension for Google Meet. Any one participant records the meeting. When it ends, an AI summary and auto-assigned action items appear in every invited participant's account. No bot joins your call.
Is our data safe?
Everything is stored in Google Firestore with per-account access. Sign-in is Google-only and restricted to whitelisted company emails, and role-based portals mean people only see what their role allows.
